1.Plan

We will arrange a meeting with you to help us understand your business and discuss the best way to reach your customers. Topics such as website design preferences, functionality, budget and any time limits are the main points. We can do this in-person or through email and telephone.

2.Brief

Following the meeting we will write-up the agreed specification including design ideas, number of pages, type of content management system, ranking expectations, final price, and timing.

3.Approval

Once you have approved and signed the proposal we will begin the website design and construction.

4.Design Mock-up

Our designers begin creating the look-and-feel of your website. One or a few separate styles will be presented to you and your preferred design will be further developed.

5.Website Build

Our coding team creates the website and adds the content in until the site is complete.

6.Testing

We thoroughly test all pages in your website and make sure the everything is working correctly.

7.Search Engine Optimisation

If you need search engine optimisation (SEO) we will optimise the website and begin tracking.

8.Additional features

Enhancements such as blogs, visitor tracking, forums, e-newsletters, will be added in to your website, if required.

9.Delivery

Your website will be connected to your domain name and made live on the internet

10.Maintenance

You will usually have a password protected admin panel so that you can modify and update the text and images in your website. If you prefer our professional designers to make the changes we will be happy to work out a maintenance package for you.
